v0.4.5 - Random encounters!

Hi There!

This update brings random encounters, those currently are work in progress and more will be added in the future.

As a side note, game was also re-balanced.

• New Feature: Random encounters - currently 2
• Change: Removed animation from MAP UI
• Change: Make reload bar more prominent
• Change: Weapon rotation speed x2 
• Change: Lower power level of enemy ships
• Changed: Show fix/damage more prominently
