v0.4.8 Deemed playable

Hi there!

After this update I deemed it playable :) 

It means that even if a lot more content will be added, it can already provide you with some joy :)

• Feature: Tooltips - each element displays tip about it
• Change: Switched room & resource icons
• Change: Remove experience resource as crew earn XP separately 
• Change: Close in camera on ships
• Change: Ship structure repairing now costs alloys
• Improvement: Resource formatting change to show decimal places 
• Bug Fix: Room repairing no longer stops immediately for no particular reason
• Bug Fix: Calling click on not existing room via shortcuts
• Refinement: Referenced script is missing warning is resolved
