v0.12.0 - Production Chain

This update brings some content to the game, obtaining resources from asteroids is not as easy as before. As now, most of them need to be refined first. There is also first mid-tier resource - Component  - used for mid-tier structures construction.

Production code was reworked to give you more control over production process (supply process still need to be adjusted to that). Now you can set up exactly how much resources you want to produce, or set device to continuous production.
