v0.12.10 - Station structure overhaul

Units are brave, they don't need to hide after thick walls!

Changes:

• Hull & Floors replaced with more space worthy option:
• Module - pressurized space for your Units
• Truss - beams for structural integrity of station, including pressurized modules.

Bug Fix:

• Quick fix for missing resources after building error
